   Menu and prices

   Prices are in euros and include VAT. We change the menu and prices every week or two, depending on the season.

   The menu and prices in the restaurant on the day of your visit apply. Despite our care, errors in names or prices may occur on the website.

   Allergen information (Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011) is available from the restaurant staff.

   Reservations

   Sending the form is a request, not a confirmation. A reservation is valid only once we confirm it by email or phone.

   If you are running late or need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation terms for larger groups are agreed when the booking is confirmed.

   Celebrations and larger groups

   For christenings, communions, birthdays, company parties and other celebrations, the menu, number of guests, date and any deposit are agreed individually and confirmed in writing.

   Texts, photos, video and logos on this website belong to Gurman Restaurants or their authors and may not be used without permission.

   External links and events

   The website links to external services (e.g. Google Maps, Instagram). We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

   Information about city events comes from the organisers and we are not responsible for any changes.

   Complaints

   You can send a written complaint to the address or email listed under Company details. We will reply within 15 days of receipt, as required by the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.

   Governing law

   These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The competent court in Pula has jurisdiction, subject to the protection consumers enjoy under the law.
